Return Policy

 1. Returns

Returns of unopened items in the original packaging within 10 days of receiving your purchase will be accepted only with prior approval and only if they are not listed in the "Exceptions" section of this policy.

An email must be sent to info@maximmedical.ca to inquire about a return. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Special orders or any item which comes into contact with the skin are not returnable or refundable. Items not regularly in stock may be subject to restocking fee of up to 25%.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

These items include but not limited to: 

  • Bathroom Safety products
  • Bracing and Supports
  • Compression Stockings
  • Special ordered items
  • Personal items 

3. Shipping

After your return has been authorized, you are required to pay for the shipping costs.  Please ship your return to:
